The Licensing Section manages Pokémon merchandising rights for both domestic and foreign licensees and sells the TV program abroad. This section also actively pursues promotional activities to improve and further establish the reputation and brand value of the characters.

The Entertainment Section is involved on a worldwide basis, with the production, of the animated television series, the films released each summer, TV specials, as well as TV commercials released in other countries.
