Education Solutions Division

This is a newly established department in FY2025 with the mission of creating businesses to solve problems faced by schools, educational institutions, and companies engaged in various business activities. We do this by utilizing the learning and educational content know-how and resources of the company, Shogakukan, and other group companies in a multifaceted manner.

Currently, under the theme of “bringing active learning from society to schools”, and in collaboration with COMPASS, a group company, we are working to launch and expand new businesses. These provide value to not only elementary and junior high school children, but also teachers, businesses, ministries and agencies, by serving as a hub between the two parties.

The Education Solutions Division will continue to leverage the resources of the Shogakukan Group to create solutions that fit the needs of children (schools and educational institutions; including kindergartens, nursery schools, high schools, and universities), and businesses, without being bound by conventional business models or fixed concepts. We will create businesses with a high degree of continuity while contributing to society.
